Many North Korean children make a living posing as hats for soldiers who've lost theirs.

It’s the weekend! So why not kick back with our round-up of the clips you might have missed?

First up, North Korea gets a lot of things wrong…oppression, starvation, and a failure to understand that less can be more when it comes to statue size. All that aside, wouldn’t you love to cheer on international players who say things like “I will train hard in the future to delight our people“? Also kudos to any member of the Tartan Army who manages to answer an interviewer with “Japan is one of Asia’s powerhouses…“.

As for the game itself? Have a look. Can’t shake the suspicion that for the goal the Japanese keeper reckoned he had a sniper rifle trained on him and that discretion was the better part of valour:

It’s not often that Scotland beat Holland at anything other than hill-size, so let’s take a moment to celebrate Scotland U21s victory in the Netherlands:

This story of a girl from the Indian slums becoming a top keeper at U16 level is a worthy and heart-warming tale. However, the best bit of this is seeing the reporter sent to cover it and imagining that he had to do it on his day off, having been ready to go off on a fishing trip:

Finally, not a new clip…but seeing as how he might be playing for Dundee today while on-loan from Hearts, check out Calum Elliot dancing. Then try to forget Calum Elliot dancing.
